Find Handmade provides done-for-you email marketing services, including:

• Strategy

• Copywriting

• Campaign execution

• Performance tracking

Services are provided to UK-based businesses only.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Ensure lawful data collection (UK GDPR & PECR compliant)

• Have valid consent from all recipients

3. Data Protection

• You are the Data Controller

• Find Handmade is the Data Processor

• Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR and PECR

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via Stripe (www.stripe.com)

• Fees are agreed in advance

• Non-payment may result in suspension

5. Intellectual Property

• Work remains property of Find Handmade until full payment

• Upon payment, usage rights transfer to client

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

7. Performance Tracking

We track:

• Open rates

• Click rates

For optimisation and reporting.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Revenue

• Conversion rates

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid. We are not liable for indirect losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Find Handmade against claims arising from:

• Illegal data use

• Breach of laws

• Spam complaints

11. Termination

We may terminate for breach or non-payment.
Clients may terminate with written notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
