What Find Handmade does guarantee
Find Handmade guarantees only the specific services and commitments expressly stated in the applicable Terms & Conditions and service agreement.
Where Find Handmade offers a money-back or service-fee guarantee, the full terms, conditions and limitations of that guarantee will be provided before the client commits to the service.
A guarantee of a service fee does not constitute a guarantee of sales, revenue, profit or any other financial result.
Marketing performance
Find Handmade may use paid advertising, landing pages, email marketing, audience targeting, testing and other marketing techniques as part of its service.
Marketing performance can change over time and may be affected by third-party platforms, algorithms, advertising costs, audience behaviour and wider market conditions.
Find Handmade will use reasonable care and professional judgement when carrying out the agreed marketing activities, but cannot guarantee the performance of third-party advertising, email, social-media or website platforms.
Testimonials and case studies
Testimonials and case studies represent the experiences of the individuals or businesses who provided them.
They are not intended to suggest that all Find Handmade clients will achieve the same or similar results.
Where specific results are mentioned, they should be understood in the context in which they were achieved and should not be regarded as typical unless Find Handmade expressly states that they are based on representative evidence.
Your responsibility
Participation in a Find Handmade cohort does not remove the responsibility of the business owner to make decisions about their products, pricing, stock, website, fulfilment, customer service and wider business operations.
You remain responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.
Important
Nothing on the Find Handmade website, in our emails, advertisements, social-media content, sales materials or other communications should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will make a particular amount of money or achieve a particular business result from using our services.
Find Handmade's role is to provide the agreed marketing service and create opportunities for participating businesses to reach potential customers. The final decision to purchase a product rests with the customer, and the resulting commercial outcome cannot be guaranteed.
